Kari (palyo)


This is a 'hilly' version of the punjabi curry that is commonly consumed.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix sour buttermilk, 75g of gram flour, turmeric powder rand salt in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add cumin seeds and wait for it to crackle.
  4. Add chopped green chilies and cook for one minute.
  5. Add the butter milk mixture.
  6. Bring it to boil and reduce the heat and cook on low for 10 minutes
